To support safer and more consistent prescribing, the All Wales Therapeutics and Toxicology Centre has developed a new resource pack to help healthcare professionals and patients make informed, shared decisions about treatment.
The resource pack provides practical tools covering the entire treatment pathway, from considering and initiating treatment through to monitoring, review, and deprescribing, while encouraging a holistic approach to chronic pain management.
